We spend our first three nights in vibrant Marrakech, a bustling city filled with young entrepreneurial creatives, historical Islamic architecture, and the most mouth-watering tajine and couscous. We meander through the medina and the souks, pausing to smell the spices and sip mint tea chatting with locals. Every sense is awakened while we take our time to explore this culturally rich city. We’ll spend the day with our local guest Moroccan woman photographer to get to know her work as well as co-create a shoot together in the Sunset hour.

From Marrakech, we’ll head into the Agafay desert for a night of stargazing, eating by the fire, and a camel ride. Just a short ride out of the city, we’ll be transported out of the busy streets into the silent desert air for some designated time to connect with the group.

After the desert, we’ll then make our way to Essaouira, an artsy and easygoing city on the Atlantic coast. Known for its alluring color palette, eclectic charm, and as a source of inspiration for musical legends Jimi Hendrix, Paul McCartney, and Jim Morrison. We’ll wander the cobblestone streets through the medina (now a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the infamous fish market, explore the numerous art galleries, and even have some relaxing beach time.

From Essaouira, we’ll head back to Marrakech for a final day of last-minute shopping, an opportunity to indulge in a hammam, or explore the House of Photography.
