We’ll start our week in the heart of Cusco, surrounded by the color, history, and energy of the Andes before we make our way into the breathtaking Sacred Valley and the charming village of Ollantaytambo.
A week filled with creative exploration: photo walks through Cusco’s San Blas neighborhood and markets, a studio shoot with a local designer and model led by Peruvian photographer Florence Goupil, visits to cultural projects and Andean art spaces, and hands-on time with the Pumaq Wasín weaving cooperative learning the ancient art of natural dyeing.
In between all this creation, we wander through terraced fields and mountain villages, visit the Maras Salt Flats, take an optional hike to the Pinkuylluna ruins, and share homemade meals with local artisans and families. Along the way, we talk cameras, creative inspiration, culture, and the stories behind the images we’re making—while connecting with the incredible women, artists, and communities who call Peru home. A week of art, adventure, friendship, and unforgettable moments in the Andes.
